All our SmashCakes are hand made to order using top quality chocolate. Because they are made using lollies and

               chocolates, you don’t need to worry about them going stale.

How to store your SmashCake

Keep it in a cool dry area and do not put it in the fridge as this will cause the chocolate to bloom (turn white).

Emails

We usually reply to all emails within 24 hours.

If you have not received a reply from us, please check your "junk" folder as we have no control over this frustrating problem.

Refunds and Returns

As all our products are handmade to order, we do not offer refunds or returns.


If a cancellation request is received more than 72 hours from date of delivery or pick up, and the products have not yet been produced, a refund will be issued. NO refund will be issued at any time once products have been produced.

Delivery Options

 

We have a pickup location in Rose Bay, NSW.

We can arrange delivery to Sydney metro areas and surrounding suburbs.

We use a VIP courier company as we are transporting perishables, so depending on where you are, would determine the cost.

As all our cakes are made to order, we require at least three days notice.
